Reiki Level 1 is a gentle introduction to Reiki, suitable for complete beginners. Whether you’re interested in Reiki for your own wellbeing, want to deepen your awareness of energy, or are considering developing your skills further, this course gives you a wonderful foundation to begin.
During the day, you’ll learn about the history and principles of Reiki, energy awareness and how Reiki is traditionally practised. You’ll also learn how to practise Reiki on yourself and how to give Reiki to others.
1-2-1 training and ongoing support with the opportunity to move onto Level 2 if you are looking into developing your own practice in the future, with lots of guidance in how to actual make achieve a successful holistic business.
