Welcome, I’m Sandy. I’m a Holistic Massage and Reiki practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies, release tension and restore balance.
My studio in Newport, South Wales, is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a deep respect for every individual who walks through my door.

I’m also an IPHM Accredited Therapist and Training Provider, offering Reiki and holistic training for those who would like to develop their own skills, deepen their spiritual awareness or begin their journey as a holistic practitioner.
