Hello, I’m Sandy, and welcome to my little world of relaxation and healing.

I’ve been a Massage therapist / Reiki practitioner for over 15 years, helping people reconnect with their bodies, release tension and restore balance. I work from my little studio, based in Unique Hair design, just off Chepstow road, Newport.

All my treatments are specially and carefully created after many years of experience, whether that’s relaxation, physical release, emotional wellbeing or simply some much-needed time for yourself in this super fast paced world.

My aim within all my treatments, is relaxation and balancing our vibrational energy. By doing this I believe, (because I have seen it within my practice over and over again), we can enhance are overall health as well as improving our emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I bring together relaxing the body with Touch, Reiki, Sound Healing and Crystals. For those wanting to learn more and go a bit deeper I also offer Shamanic Teachings, Scared Rituals and Ceremonies, both in-person and online.

I’m also an IPHM Accredited Therapist and Training Provider, offering Reiki and Holistic Massage Level 3 training for those who would like to develop their own skills, deepen their spiritual awareness or begin their journey as a holistic practitioner.

Whether you’re coming to me for a treatment, looking to learn something new, or simply curious about holistic wellbeing, you’re very welcome.
