The Studio
As many of you know the building was sold recently (new owner keeping it as business thankfully), I will update my plans as they become more clear, I'll be doing a few changes, personally I think for the better and New Year is the most perfect time to start some fresh ideas:)
A few ideas for ending 2023...
Let go of regrets
Make a list of anything and everything you want to let go of from 2023 — the argument you had with friends and family, the goals not yet achieved, the course not yet started, the relationship ended etc. Now light a candle. Using the candle burn the list safely in a sink or outdoors, not like me in my studio once LOL.
Let those regrets go back to the light and be replaced by love and joy.
Affirm that this is so.

I release all negativity back to the light.
Don't forget everything you want to celebrate about 2023, write some things down in a journal
What are you grateful for? What makes you proud, the nice things you have done, new things you have learnt, the smiles and happy times there have been, write them down and remember each one.
I would like to thank all of my clients, new and old. You are an amazing bunch of people and you help me live my dream of owning my own little business.
