Spring is certainly springing, with the Spring Equinox on the 22nd March. This month's energy brings a sense of creativity - an ideal time for starting new ventures or undertaking new learning.

Workshops - Lots of new workshops will be popping up! Please keep an eye on my website for my self-care wellness workshops back this year, a day of relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-care activities designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Reiki Level 1 - I have 1 slot left for April 7th, small groups of 4 people
More Reiki 1 dates will be in June and Reiki 2 dates are in May and July
If you would prefer to learn Reiki Level 1 with me privately, I also offer that
Reiki Shares are back to being monthly and anyone who has trained in Reiki or maybe looking to see how it works are welcome to come along, I have some lovely ladies who attend and again its a great way of meeting new people.

I've also reopened my online shop and will be updating that with more lovely items
As always, I would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support for my little business and what I'm trying to achieve here in Newport, bringing people together and creating a small healing hub.
