Cancellation Policy
A £10 deposit is required to confirm your appointment, help protect our small business and cover costs. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you reschedule your at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If you have been gifted a voucher please text me with dates that are suitable for you and I will get you booked in. As treatment costs have risen slightly this year, your voucher will still cover all costs to the treatments chosen, at the time of sale. It goes without saying DO NOT ATTEND THE BOOKING SICK, I cannot see anyone who is sick, not only is the massage going to make you feel worse, I am a carer to a vulnerable person and I will need to ask you to leave if you turn up with a cold.
