This Massage includes.... *Relaxing full body massage - to help with stress relief and sleep *Sage Cleansing & Crystal placing around your body *I will then place my hands on the body, over the seven main energy centres - from the crown of the head to the base of the spine - as the treatment flows into Reiki. *Healing through Sound we use our Turning Forks to positively impact your health and well-being. These vibrations can help to balance the energy centres in your body, also known as chakras. They can also promote feelings of relaxation and calmness, making them a great tool for stress relief. *We will end with a beautiful relaxing head and scalp massage while you come back into the room. Feelings and emotions can sometimes arise as the body starts to let go and release. You are in a safe and nurturing environment to embrace any changes or release, or to talk through any experiences that are holding you back from the joy of life. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? Please give me at least 24 hours notice! Things happen both sides, I always understand and will be happy to move your appointment to another day, please text or whats-ap me rather than email me as I often don't see these. Please make sure you have put the correct mobile number down, I take no reasonability if I need to cancel you if I don't have the right number. The day before your appointment I will text you making sure you have remembered your booking, the right time and that you know where to go, please can you answer this text. I have so many people not showing that when someone doesn't reply I tend to think they are not going to come. Also you need to answer so you know how to get into the building as I give detail at this point once I know your attending your appointment.
