Reiki is usually performed with you lying down in a warm room and usually fully clothed. Reiki can help... induce deep relaxation help people cope with difficulties reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression relieve emotional stress boost the body's self-healing ability improve overall well-being nurtures spiritual growth release of energy 'blocks' It is advisable to have 2-3 sessions for the maximum benefit, but you can discuss this after your treatment. You can also add Tuning Fork Therapy to your treatment. .Whatever you are experiencing in life, my Energy Healing sessions are here to support you. I aim to create the perfect space for you to rest deeply, re-connect with yourself and get the most out of our work together. Cancellation Policy

Update - I am in the middle of moving premises. My new address will be 2 Livingstone Place, Maindee NP19 8EY (opt Maindee Library) Bookings September bookings will be at Hill Street Studio October bookings will be a mix between the new and old premises November onwards will be 2 Livingstone Place ONLY During October I will be getting in touch with everyone booked so you know where to go. If you can only do Hill street please let me know in advance so I sort other clients around you. Thank you all for being understanding while I take on this exciting new venture.
