Reiki Level 1 Course - for Beginners (This course is available 7 days a week as long as i havent got other bookings on that day. I can book you in. It generally runs 10.30-5/6pm but I can be very flexable with times and dates. Please text me to book in) In the Reiki Level 1 course you will be attuned and taught how to cleanse your Aura, ground yourself and how to provide Reiki to yourself, family and friends. ​ The Course is delivered on either 1-2-1, with a friend or in a group with others **An intensive 6 hour one to one course or **A 6 hour course for you and a friend - £150pp ​The Reiki course, what's Included... **Workbook and study time **Reiki with Kaz before your attunement takes place **Receiving the Level 1 attunements **Monthly Reiki Shares **Whats app group with other students **On going support post course Your Reiki Level 1 in-person course will cover the following: **What is Reiki? **Introduction to the Usui method of natural healing, Reiki **The Gokai, 5 key principles of Reiki and how to use them **The Chakras: where they are and what they represent **How to cleansing your Aura **How to Ground yourself **Guidelines for a Reiki treatment **Hand positions for self-healing including a guided practice **Hand positions for treating others seated with a guided practice **A guided practice of Hand positions for treating others whilst laying down **Chakra Balancing For those who have completed Reiki one with someone else or maybe a few years ago and you need a bit of a refresh .... **Reiki Refresh one day Course - £80 pp Other courses **Reiki Level 2 (you need to have taken level one with me or a refresh course) - £150 ​

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? Please give me at least 24 hours notice! Things happen both sides, I always understand and will be happy to move your appointment to another day, please text or whats-ap me rather than email me as I often don't see these. Please make sure you have put the correct mobile number down, I take no reasonability if I need to cancel you if I don't have the right number. The day before your appointment I will text you making sure you have remembered your booking, the right time and that you know where to go, please can you answer this text. I have so many people not showing that when someone doesn't reply I tend to think they are not going to come. Also you need to answer so you know how to get into the building as I give detail at this point once I know your attending your appointment.
