This is an extremely popular and beneficial treatment, for deep relaxation of mind and body. Clients will often say after a treatment that they have had the best night’s sleep in years! My approach is sensitive, intuitive and deeply nurturing. I listen to the story that your body holds about you. With my oils and my touch I respectfully help you access those areas of deeply held tension, gently bringing them to your awareness, to release them for your healing and well-being. The treatments includes.... *A gentle back head and shoulder massage that eases away any aches and pains, encouraging the body to relax and soften. This provides perfect preparation for the energy work to begin. *I will then place my hands on the body, over the seven main energy centres - from the crown of the head to the base of the spine - as the treatment flows into Reiki. *You are in a safe and nurturing environment to embrace any changes or release, or to talk through any experiences that are holding you back from the joy of life. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? Please give me at least 24 hours notice! Things happen both sides, I always understand and will be happy to move your appointment to another day, please text or whats-ap me rather than email me as I often don't see these. Please make sure you have put the correct mobile number down, I take no reasonability if I need to cancel you if I don't have the right number. The day before your appointment I will text you making sure you have remembered your booking, the right time and that you know where to go, please can you answer this text. I have so many people not showing that when someone doesn't reply I tend to think they are not going to come. Also you need to answer so you know how to get into the building as I give detail at this point once I know your attending your appointment.
