Cancellation Policy
A £10 deposit required to book, the reminder can be paid before the appointment (just text and I'll send you an invoice) or I have a card machine for you to use on the day of your treatment. Please give AT LEAST 24 hours if you need to cancel. Please remember to rearrange your appointment if you are unwell as I am unable to give treatments to anyone with a cold etc as Im self employed and cannot risk taking long periods of time off, protecting my business and my clients always come first.
