Cancellation Policy
A £10 deposit is now required to book, this is due to very late cancellations and clients not confirming the the text i send out the evening before your appointments. I accept cash and card/apple pay on the day. If you are buying for someone or would rather pay before you booking, please add 'pay now' to your notes and I can send you an invoice for the rest of the payment. If you need to rearrange your appointment please let me know 48 hours prior to your appointment and I can do this for you. If you are sick please let me know asap as I do not see anyone who has any cold/flu type symptoms. If you are unwell on the day please let me know by 9am, of course I will move your appointment for you when you are feeling well.
