Consultation Forms Everyone needs to fill out a form before your treatment takes place, I now offer online forms which will be sent to you via email before your appointment. This is a great way of letting me know what you are looking for so we can get the best out of your appointment. Please let me know if you do not receive your form 24 hours before your booking. Reminders When you book the website will send you all the details via email. It also sends a email and a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment as well as me sending your consultation forms. If you cannot attend please let me know as soon as you possible can. Payments Cash & Bank Transfer preferred to save on charges I also have a card machine in the studio.
