Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend TEXT ASAP, I need a cancellation text by 9am on the day of your appointment otherwise you will need to pay for that appointment. If you are sick PLEASE cancel, I don't see anyone who is poorly, if you turn up sick on the day (this includes a cold) I will need to ask you to leave, I protect myself and my other clients.
