Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy & Booking Info To secure your appointment, a £10 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid before your session via invoice (just send me a quick text), or on the day using my card machine. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me offer the slot to someone else and keeps my small business running smoothly. If you're feeling unwell (cold, flu, etc.), please reschedule. As a self-employed therapist, I need to avoid illness to keep supporting my clients. 💌 Have a Gift Voucher?
