I now offer online form, once you have made a booking a day or so before you will receive a form to fill out before the treatment, this is to reduce paper waste and to lesson the time taken before a booking. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? Please give me at least 24 hours notice! Things happen both sides, I always understand and will be happy to move your appointment to another day, please text or whats-ap me rather than email me as I often don't see these. Please make sure you have put the correct mobile number down, I take no reasonability if I need to cancel you if I don't have the right number. The day before your appointment I will text you making sure you have remembered your booking, the right time and that you know where to go, please can you answer this text. I have so many people not showing that when someone doesn't reply I tend to think they are not going to come. Also you need to answer so you know how to get into the building as I give detail at this point once I know your attending your appointment.
