Welcome to this 6 week course. This course is ideal for anyone looking for spiritual devolvement / coaching but not sure what direction they would like to take, feeling a little lost or maybe going though a difficult period in their life. How does this course work? Once you buy this course you can book your first 90minute session online. On your first session we will make the next 5 appointments Each session is 90minutes. - Each session will include Reiki / Spiritual Healing for around 30 mins Following this we will be looking at.. Meditation and breathing techniques. Re-balance your chakras & lifting your vibrations Crystal Healing and the right crystals for our chakra system Journaling and Affirmations Vision boards and so much more You are buying 6 sessions, although its great if we can do a session weekly, 2 weekly would also work but I do advise you invest in yourself and not go any longer than 2 weeks between our sessions. You will learn so much about yourself and how to move forward and how to find clarity. Anyone who desires to improve their current situation — whether emotionally, financially, relationally, or professionally, can benefit from personal development coaching. This is a great course to start before starting a Reiki 1 course or maybe your wish is to begin a career in healing. Whatever your reason this is an interesting course looking into our spiritual toolkit and learning great new ways to live our life in a more peaceful and fulfilling way.
