What are your opening times?

Unique Hair Design

Week days - Tuesday 9.30-5pm / Thursday 9-7pm / Friday 9-6pm

Weekends - Saturday 9-3pm & Sunday 11-5.30pm


How do I book?

All appointments are made online though my booking system. I work on my own and it can take a few hours for me to get back to you so this is the quickest way to make a booking.

If you have a problem with the online booking system please text me and I can help you with the booking.



Where are you based?

I'm based inside (and up stairs) in Unique Hair Design, 436 Chepstow Road, if you arrive early for your booking please take a seat in the hairdressers and I will text you when i am ready, or the ladies in the salon will send you up if they know I am free.

On a Sunday the salon is closed so you would need to text me when you park your car so that I can let you in the main door.



Can I buy a Gift Voucher?

Of course. There is a link on my website for a evoucher which is very simple to use or I make personal Canva vouchers that can be emailed to you so you can print and put in a card. If you would like a printed voucher please email me (sndrbkr88@googlemail.com)

I also have vouchers in the studio available to pick up when your having your treatment, just ask!



I have a gift voucher, how do I use it?

I offer 2 different types of voucher so you may have received a evoucher this comes with a long number that you simply put into the system when making the booking and it cancels payment or you may receive a printed voucher that I've made for you, in this case simply text me with with the details and ill book you in and bring the gift card with you on your appointment.



I need to change my appointment?

No problem, I understand life happens. Please let me know asap if you need to change or cancel. I am a very small business and no shows are completely unacceptable when its so easy to text and cancel. Sandy 07503 303788



I'm not sure what to book?

No problem, I advise you book the preferred amount of time (I think an hour is a great choice for a first visit) and then when you come in we can have a chat and adjust the treatment for you if required.

Everything I do is tailored for you, no two treatments are ever the same because no 2 clients are ever the same, my massage isn't timed or even structured, its felt from the heart, from the tension in your body and from your energy field and whatever you may be feeling on the day of your treatment. It's what makes your session so unique and special.



Do you offer discounts?

Yes, the best way of keeping up to date with any discounts is subscribing to my website, I often send out monthly offers and keep you up to date with any special events.

Can I do an insurance claim with work?

Only if you approach me BEFORE you make the appointment. All insurance claims are different (a lot don't approve Holistic Therapies) and I cannot do this after you have paid because the invoice requires further details and I cannot adjust invoices.

It's always best to approach your insurance company and what they require and not just say at the end of the treatment you need one as sadly I cannot help.


Can my business arrange for you to come in for corporate treatments?

Yes please contact me for details of workplace treatments. We offer Corporate visits in Newport, Cardiff & Bristol.
