Room 1 - Hill Street Studio in Newport Centre - £30 per day

Small room on the 1st floor where I have run a busy business for 2 years

Shared kitchen and waiting area

Free Wi-Fi

Room is available to rent from 7am until 9pm 7 days per week with security code entry system.

Room would suit Massage, Beauty, Tarot reading, talking therapy etc

Room 2 - The Wellness  Studio in Maindee - Ad Hoc hourly rate of £10 per hour

Larger room next to my new studio in Maindee

Private kitchen (just shared with myself)

Room would suit beauty/aesthetics treatments but would also suit private yoga classes, small workshops etc
