Reiki Level 1 - Private 1-2-1 Training

Cost = £175 (6-8 hours)

Deposit of £50 will be required when booking your date, the rest can be paid by cash or card on the day. You can text to book your private Reiki day with me and we can arrange a day usually within a week.

Reiki 1 (1st degree)  is the starting point for your healing journey.

What Reiki is, its history, how it was discovered 

Receiving the Level 1 attunements 

How to channel Reiki 

The foundations and guidelines for hands-on energy healing 

The chakras and how to work with them 

Feeling the Reiki energy Techniques for aura cleansing, grounding and connecting Practise working on each other 

How I work as A Reiki healer and where to go from here

 On this intensive one day one to one course, your training is tailored to you. 

You will learn how to help initiate healing for yourself, friends and family; Reiki for relaxation, stress management and in your meditation practice and how to easily incorporate Reiki techniques into your everyday life.

Why Learn Reiki? 

Reiki is a beautiful thing for self care and wellbeing.   Your Reiki Attunement lasts for the rest of your life, connects you to universal life force energy, thereby allowing you access to healing for yourself whenever you might need it.  You don't have to learn Reiki to become a Practitioner (reiki level two), although many people are looking into a new way of life or to include Reiki into the own business practices. 

You can learn Reiki One for your family, friends pets, self-development, emotional healing and life direction.  Reiki has the potential to turn your whole life around for the better if you self-Reiki every day and listen to your intuition. 

Life becomes a whole lot more clear, and you begin to understand what’s actually important in your life, and what is excess and unnecessary.
