Meditation / Reiki / Sound and just a peaceful get together.

At this time of year I always do a small get together so we can remember those who are no longer with us. This is also for people who maybe feeling alone at this time of year and would like to mix with a few like minded people or maybe you would just like to get away from the family and have a little peace for yourself over the festive period.

We have a short meditation and everyone gets a Reiki Taster. We also light a candle. There will be a memory wall so please feel free to bring along a picture or a note about for those you would like to remember. Hot chocolate and herbal teas will be available and if you would like to share some xmas bits to others this is lovely also.
